Strategic Meeting with Sudanese Academic and Business Representatives

TASCA Business Platform President Dr. Muhammed Adil held an important meeting in Doha with Sudanese businesspeople and academics. The participants included:

• Dr. Mohammed Ali Ibrahim, General Manager of TOKOM International Food Trading (Sudan/Qatar)

• Dr. Osman El-Beshir Taha El-Kabbashi, former Sudanese minister and businessman

• Dr. Zakaria Mohammed El-Sayyid, academic expert in social sciences

Due to the conflicts experienced over the past three years, Sudan has faced significant deficiencies in the fields of science, education, economy, and trade. During the meeting, a strong desire was expressed to establish closer cooperation with the Turkic world and to initiate new commercial and academic openings as part of Sudan’s reconstruction process.

This constructive dialogue between the parties not only aims at economic progress but also paves the way for knowledge-based collaborations.
